Steps to Register for MPA:

STEP 1: Online registration. (You must register each band separately. Deadline is January 31, 2026
STEP 2: Mail in check.
Registration Deadline: January 31, 2026 (Your registration is NOT complete until your check is received or payment is made through Cheddar Up. Even if you are sending a check, you must still fill out the form on Cheddar Up.)
STEP 3: Bring with you the following forms on the day of the event (All can be found below):
- Repertoire Sheet
- Seating Chart
- Instrumentation and Pieces

Complete Registration Includes:

Complete online registration by January 31, 2026.
$250.00 check made out to "NCMEA-Southeastern District" per band postmarked 30 days prior to the start of the event (February 16, 2026) and mailed to:
